Sad as it is, but there is a lot of conflicting info on royal jelly around. First, I know a reliable 73 year-old beekeeper and he said due its hormonal effect I should only eat royal jelly as a cure twice a year. Not every day. On the other hand Wikipedia says royal jelly has no hormonal effects whatsoever. What is the truth then?
