  1. do you really have to soak this for 8 hours to digest.

  2. ahh so that’s what Woody Harrelson did after Cheers..

  3. I take local bee pollen every day mixed with a little local honey and this has dramatically improved my hay fever allergies to where they are almost non-existent. I have done this for approx 15 years. A few years ago I started to order a large bucket of bee pollen from a horse nutrition catalogue-I take a rounded teaspoon of this just for general nutrition purposes and my energy and well-being have skyrocketed! Along with quality CoQ10 and carrot juice, I feel better at 60 than I ever did at 25!

  4. You don’t have to drink ginseng w/ bee pollen. I recommend it as it was a happy accident I discovered. Ginseng, honey, & bee pollen work well in combination. I recommend educationally that you drink any liquid half an hour before or after a meal for optimum benefits. Ginseng & bee pollen form a very potent elixir of nutrition that can give you great energy & vital nutrients you need. Try it for yourself, if you’re so inclined. Ginseng is available online and in your local health food store.

  5. G36N: Just got your emails, even the one a week ago. Don’t know why I wasn’t notified. Sorry for the delay. I know a little about green tea but I have never heard of it increasing the libido. I can personally testify as to ginseng libido-enhancing qualities (goji juice too). Who is selling the green tea & ginseng together? I personally buy ginseng tea alone without green tea. Look around locally. I buy mine at a health food store and it has just ginseng & nothing else. Hope this helps you.

  6. G36N: Obviously, you’re an educated health-conscious person as many don’t even know about enzymes and their sensitivity to heat. You’re right in part. Many herbalists will tell you that they recommend putting or using the herb in tea as it somehow releases the core nutrients needed for healing. When I say heat, by the way, I mean when making tea. I don’t have it scalding hot. I have it a notch above lukewarm. I think enzymes are destroyed around 118 degrees Fahrenheit.

  7. I apologize i forgot one more question…
When should i drink ginseng tea with bee pollen ?
Before lunch after, during.and how much minutes ? I’m into details ,what can i do.. .:D
    Thank you again.

  8. Question:If you combine ginseng and green tea is it good for increasing libido?
Cause i have heard that ginseng hightens and green tea lowers libido so I’m puzzled.i was wondering why they were selling them mixed together in one package.
    I cant find Ginseng separate.
    Tnx for your kindness.

  9. And yes, bee pollen is good for the libido too! Ginseng and bee pollen make a very potent combination for that.

  10. Bee pollen by itself is beneficial. However, I put it in ginseng tea with honey as it makes a nice flavor and melts the hard layer around the nutrients in the pollen granule. I don’t have the water scolding hot. It’s just hot enough to melt the granules. I know an herbalist guy who eats the granules like candy. You’re right in inferring that the excessive heat will destroy enzymes. The problem is the hard shell of the granule. The nutrients are inside mostly. Hope this answers your question.

  11. Hey truthgladiator , i like this video but i want to ask, everybody say that you shouldn’t put in heat and you say ginseng tea which i s probably hot :) , do you wait to cool down or it isn’t high enough temperature to destroy the live enzymes?
Thanks for the info i like people who wants to discover healthy things.
    Take care!

  12. @truthgladiator :Glad to see that libido is mentioned. I took granules and hope to see effects. I’m happy to read these good infos in this comments, tnx to all! :)

  13. ScarletRedTV: I must confess, I don’t know as much about propolis as I do bee pollen itself. Question: I know garlic was called the “Russian Penicillin” in WWI but I didn’t know propolis was too. That’s interesting. Good info and thanks for sharing it.

  14. I use Propolis for many years (tincture made from sticky stuff bees produce to protect their hives and keep the hive sterile) It’s really helpful, it’s packed with isoflavonoids, and it was called the Russian penicillin in WWI. It’s one of Nature’s antibiotics: No organism/bacteria can build up resistance to it.

  15. Scarletredtv: Yes, you are so correct. Moderation and wisdom are key in using medicinal herbs and potent spices and other foods. Oranges are great for us but too much Vitamin C causes cold sores. Too much cayenne pepper and it will cause you to vomit. Thanks for your post.

  16. Moderation is KEY indeed. I’ve seen folks throw down herbs gram after gram down their gullets, with negative health results. Even Ginseng has a limit of about max 2 grams a day. Beyond it and you get issues with the liver which produces toxins substances while processing the herbs.

  17. Using that way prepared bee pollen granules in home, my mother (60 years) lost 6kg in one month, pain in knees end legs are significantly and almost completely removed. My father (60 years) has various viral warts (including red one) all over the body, and after one month of bee pollen therapy, it is starting to withdraw!!!

  18. And because of cellulose and sporopollenin (exine) issues be careful when choosing Bee Pollen pills. Some manufactures use enzymes and some use special pressure procedure to deal with that problem. And some don’t do anything, leaving Bee Pollen almost digestible unusable. However, you can simple use below recipe on bee pollen granules in home, which is way cheaper than buying expensive pills.

  19. I’m glad to help you. :-) Interestingly, this valuable info is rarely provided. I don’t know why … I have no doubt you have success, but probably you have to thanks to strong digestion of your organism. There is a scientific paper which describe that sporopollenin (exine) can be partially catabolised (broken down) in the blood following oral ingestion. One fact must be considerd that sporopollenin has been described as the most stable known organic compound.

  20. SealTooGreat: Great info. I have been using bee pollen granules the way it is for years and I’ve had great success with it in terms of improving health, athletic endurance, libido, and energy levels. Thanks for your fantastic info.

  21. Bee pollen has cellulose coating. So, before eating, it should stay at least 8h in water (with few drops of raw lemon juice) or in yogurt, in order to break the strong cellulose-rich cell walls and tough, resistant outer walls composed largely of sporopollenin called the exine. Imagine it like an egg shell. Shell must be break to reach valuable nutrient ingredients.

  22. Thank you Getuma. You’re too kind. I love honey and bee pollen man! Honey with ginseng tea and some bee pollen is a great drink try it. It’ll give you energy and it actually tastes great.

  23. i love honeybee, mostly when its in hive!!!ummmmm yumyummm. i love ur videos!!

  24. I get mine from two places, an aviary with bee products made in the valley in central California. The bee pollen supplements I take are made from bee pollen in New Zealand.. Is the bee pollen you take available online? If so, I’d like to check it out. Thanks for the post.

  25. theres a store in my town that sells bee pollen harvested from all over BC and they all taste really amazing, dandelion bee pollen is my favourite but clover is really good too.

Where do you get your bee pollen from?
